Product Details

The mainstream automotive AFE analog front end is a two-in-one integrated chip that simultaneously performs real-time sampling of cell voltage and temperature.

In addition, passive cell balancing equalizes the state of charge among individual cells, thereby slowing down battery capacity degradation.

Digital isolation chips isolate the BMS’s high-voltage side from its low-voltage control side, preventing high-voltage surges from damaging the main controller and compromising driver and passenger safety.

These two types of chips are standard components of BMS battery management boards, directly managing the risk of thermal runaway.

Our company maintains end-to-end partnerships with leading domestic BMS chip manufacturers, including Naxinwei, Jiehuate, and Silipu.

All part numbers are AEC‑Q100 qualified for automotive applications, designed to operate reliably in the automotive‑grade temperature range of –40°C to 150°C and withstand severe electromagnetic interference.

We can provide a complete BMS chip solution with pin‑compatible domestic alternatives, offer expedited sample delivery, and supply corresponding original‑manufacturer test reports and compliance documentation to meet automakers’ supplier‑qualification requirements.
